After 24 Hours
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In these cases, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Returns Policy.
Custom or Special Orders
- Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Refunds
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
