Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, our refund and returns policy is outlined below.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned (e.g., perishable items, custom products, used power tools).

How to return an item

Email Expo Supplies customer services team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Ensure the item(s) are unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Exchanges

To exchange an item please return the original item following the returns process above and place a new order for the replacement.

Late, Faulty or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company.
• If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected]

Shipping Returns

• To return your product, please post to: National Exhibition Centre, Unit 15 Second Exhibition Ave, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1PJ
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
