What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience, including:

Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your payment details are protected. We never store your card information on our servers.
Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
At this time, we can only accept one payment method per order.
Do you offer payment in instalments?
No we do not offer Klarna or Clear pay, if you would like to setup a trade account, we can provide a credit check and setup a trade account where you can be invoiced, subject to credit checks and trade account holder terms and conditions.
My payment didn’t go through — what should I do?

When will I be charged for my order?
- Card Payments/PayPal/Digital Wallets: Charged immediately upon order confirmation
Do you accept international payments?
Yes, we accept international orders. Please note, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Can I get a receipt for my payment?
Absolutely. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and payment receipt immediately after successful checkout.
Can I see ex.VAT prices or vice versa online?
We have a facility at the top of every page that allows to switch between Inc.VAT and ex.VAT pricing.
If I have a VAT exemption, what do I do when placing an order?
Expo Supplies is unable to remove VAT at the point of purchase. Once your order has been placed, please forward a copy of your invoice and any VAT exemption documentation to our Finance Team at our registered address below:
